Together with workshop participants, she discussed several issues related to education in Ukraine, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>how educators learn about gender-sensitive and inclusive teaching;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>how they apply gender equality principles in practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Olesia Budz, analyst and project manager at Cedos, led a discussion workshop titled \u201cGirls and Science: The Role of Schools in Shaping Future Women Scientists.\u201d She presented the <a href=\"https:\/\/cedos.org.ua\/en\/researches\/womens-careers-in-stem-barriers-and-motivations\/\">findings of a study<\/a> on the motivations and barriers experienced by Ukrainian women in STEM.
