Kateryna holds a BA in Political Science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and an MA with honors in Art Theory and History from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture.

She joined Cedos team in October 2024. At Cedos, Kateryna focuses on developing partnerships, supporting grant applications, strategic donor communications, and strengthening the organization’s institutional capacity.

Kateryna has over 8 years of experience in writing and evaluating grant proposals. Her key roles have included serving as a program manager and expert at the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, project lead for the EU4Culture initiative in Ukraine, grants officer at PACT, mentor for the "Grow with Google" program, expert at the Danish Youth House, and author of a grant writing course for Bazilik School.
