Secondary education, educational inequality, gender equality and social inclusion in education, civic education
Iryna holds a master's degree in cultural studies from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, with a minor in political science.
She started working at Cedos from the moment the organization was founded, implementing projects in the field of secondary and higher education, including working on the drafting of the Law of Ukraine “On Education” and researching the relationship between socioeconomic status and educational trajectory.
Since 2018, she has worked for other organizations such as U-LEAD with Europe, Kyiv School of Economics, and the Committee on Education, Science, and Innovation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, where she has been involved in education research, analysis and development of education policy, and consultations with hromadas and the education community.
In 2022, she returned to Cedos, where she continues to work as a researcher, focusing in particular on the impact of full-scale war on secondary education.
