Bachelor of Political Science of the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy". Also studied at Public Policy and Governance master's program at Kyiv School of Economics.
Joined the Cedos team in 2019. Worked on the research on the access of immigrant women to the labor market, leisure and cultural needs of urban youth, and civil society organizations working with migrants and the mobile populations. In 2020 was the project manager of research on career development pathways for selected economic sectors in the east of Ukraine.
Liliana has experience in implementing projects in international organizations, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX). She also volunteered at the Euromaidan SOS public initiative hotline in 2014.
