Mariana holds a master's degree in history from the Ukrainian Catholic University and also studied on the East European Studies programme at the University of Warsaw.

She joined the Cedos team in 2023. She specialises in urban development, participatory planning, citizen engagement, and community cohesion through cultural tools.

She has worked in analytical, research, and educational institutions, including the Cultural Strategy Institute (CSI) (2018-2023) and the City Institute (2014-2016) in Lviv, where she coordinated a number of projects in the field of urban development and culture, as well as the development of the City Cultural Development Strategy 2025. In 2016-2025, she was a lecturer at the Culture Studies programme at the Ukrainian Catholic University, teaching courses on institutional development and cultural management.
