BA in Philosophy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (2015). MA in Philosophy of National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (2019).

Olena joined Cedos team in 2018. In Cedos, she researched leisure time and cultural needs of urban youth in Ukraine, urban development strategies, сooperation of civil climate movement and authorities, climate justice and impact of climate change on vulnerable social groups in Ukrainian cities.

In 2021, Olena coordinates International Forum on Local Development organized in partnership with European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder).

Since 2017, she works as a programmer for Kyiv International Short Film Festival.
