Olha worked as an analyst in the field of international relations and European integration at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (kmbs); a social media monitoring specialist at the Civil Network OPORA. She also has experience in project management in NGOs and GR management in a business association.
Olha joined the Cedos team in 2024. She coordinated a project on housing policy in partnership with IWO e.V. with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office. She has been involved in projects in the field of social protection, including research on the needs and experiences of relatives of fallen soldiers, the needs and experiences of families of missing soldiers. Olha also analyzed Ukraine's readiness to join the EU, in particular in the field of regional policy.
