Roman joined the Cedos team in 2024. He makes sure the office runs smoothly, manages the workspace, and supports colleagues with day-to-day tasks. His goal is to create a comfortable environment where everyone can work knowing things are well taken care of.

Since 2023, he has been a co-founder and volunteer at the charitable initiative "Strikha". In 2018–2023, he worked in furniture design and production. In 2024, he worked as a project manager at the charity foundation "Group 35".
