Completed master’s degree in "Global Migrations and Social Justice" at the University of Glasgow, UK (2022-2023), where researched the experiences of people who became twice internally displaced in Ukraine. Got bachelour's degree in regional studies, from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (2014-2018).
Joined Cedos in April 2020 and has been working as a communications manager for two and a half years. Since 2023, has been working as an analyst and project coordinator. In particular, participated in the writing of an analysis on the topic of migration, and analysed Ukraine's readiness for European integration. Yuliia now works on research on the provision of social services in hromadas and coordinates the UA Transformation Lab project in partnership with the Institute of European Politics, Germany.
Has experience in moderating discussions and facilitating international youth projects. Researched the integration of IDPs in Kyiv, and was an intern at the International Organization for Migration. Has volunteering experience at the Foundation of Regional Initiatives, where she was the head of the board of the Kyiv branch and participated in the organisation of youth projects.
