Joined Cedos in 2018. Since 2020 coordinates the Ukrainian Urban Forum and is a co-author of the podcast about urban transformations «Does market decide?». Coordinated research project about leisure and cultural needs of Ukrainian youth. Worked on the research about security data in Ukraine. Worked on the monitoring studies about the influence of quarantine measures during the pandemic on the safety and wellbeing of homeless people and the impact of pandemic on social services. In 2019 organized the international Ukrainian-German educational exchanges for urban grassroots activists «Local Activists Dialogue for Cohesive Cities». In 2018 worked as a content manager for Mistosite and since 2019 is an editor.

Has experience in events facilitation and moderation.

In 2014-2017 was a volunteer for three Service Civil International projects.
