Anastasiia works on housing policy and urban development, and she is also interested in social protection and social policy. Her research looks at access to housing and housing conditions, Ukraine's rental market, social housing, and just urban development. She also has extensive experience in managing projects and programs and in curating educational and public engagement initiatives.

Anastasiia holds an MSc in Urbanisation and Development from the Department of Geography and Environment at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she studied as a Chevening Scholar. She also holds an MA in Semiotics from the University of Tartu and a BA in Philosophy from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

She joined Cedos in 2018 as content manager and editor of the urban platform Mistosite. She later went on to lead projects and coordinate research. Since 2020, she has curated the Ukrainian Urban Forum, an annual event on the development and future of cities. Anastasiia is also a co-host of the podcast on just cities Rynok vyrishyt? (Will the Market Decide?).

Since 2024, Anastasiia has served as Director of Cedos.
