She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and a Master's degree in Urbanism and Spatial Planning from KNUBA. She was a participant of the Viadrinicum Summer School and the GIZ Integrated Urban Planning training program.
Since 2019, she has been working with the World of Communities company and the IPID NGO as a content and project manager, developing online training courses.
In 2022-2023, she was the manager of the Podilskyi Dvoryk participatory planning project, implemented by the Podolyanochka NGO in Kyiv with the support of the EIT Community New European Bauhaus.
In 2023, she worked at the KHSA (Kharkiv School of Architecture) as the coordinator of the Zero Year in Kyiv.
She works in a team of urbanists in the participatory project “Our Place” aimed at reviving public spaces in small towns and villages affected by the Russian-Ukrainian war. The pilot project is being implemented in Makariv community in Kyiv region.
Maryna joined Cedos in 2023. She worked as a research project manager for the World Bank and co-organized the Ukrainian Urban Forum 2024 in Chernivtsi. Since 2023, she has been the manager of the Community reBuilding project, which supports the creation of Community Centers in small hromadas.
